Who we are

This guild is founded by and for people with other contents in their lives than WoW.

Whatever reasons or interests we have for not being hardcore raiders - may it be parenthood, sports, girlfriends, boyfriends, work, studies, choir singing, dancing... - we also like to play WoW and have fun while doing so.

We like different aspects of the game, but the majority seem to be more into PvE than PvP or RP, so we raid. Raiding with Recreation is meant to be just that, 'recreation', an enjoyable leisure activity.

We do like to perform well when we raid however since we, simply put, think it's more fun to kill the monsters than to be eaten, sliced and diced, become a ghoul, zombie or whatever. Game wise this is represented by some 'requirements' for raiders, like installing some addons, checking some tactics and similar things. Nothing much though, just some minor things which make the raid more enjoyable.

Some of us are interested in theorycraft. But don't worry , even though this bring one or two thoughts, or desires to share information about game mechanics and similar fun/good-to-know knowledge, it does not make us elitists. We do not select the best available players to make an A-team for progression raids. Our focus has always been, is, and will remain the non-hardcore fun. Note that this does not mean we want to limit ourselves and ignore end-game content. Non-hardcore for us only mean that we don't want WoW to be our second job.

We refrain from shouting at people. Expressions like WTF??!! FFS!!!! WHY THE HELL... etc do not belong here. If that's your temper, you should consider another guild.
